- Understanding WHY for YOU this is important – not for anyone else, but knowing your own clear motivation that makes this really personal, and therefore much more achievable. What is YOUR primary reason for clearing and sorting your identified problem areas?

- what hinders our decluttering? This could be our own beliefs about our abilities, or perhaps underlying fears. What mental monsters pop up for YOU when you consider clearing and decluttering? Until we identify them, it is hard to know how to move forward.
- how to sustain our decluttering efforts – having made space, be it physical or mental, how to we maintain that clarity and the freedom gained when normal life kicks back in? What works for you?
- all that we gain from clearing and creating space: better decision making, increased creativity and greater mental clarity. That makes the effort worthwhile! If YOU have been clearing, what have you gained?
- dealing with mental clutter – brain soup as I refer to it.

This of course is about
